All designs are original paintings and drawings created by hand in my studio. Printed items are fulfilled in collaboration with production partners.
ART SHOP RETURN POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you receive misprinted/damaged/defective items we will do our best to replace or refund your items. We do not refund items for buyer’s remorse.
Claims must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Please email customer service to receive a return form. Do not mail or ship returned goods before receiving additional instructions.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
